We believe that one of a company’s strongest differentiators is its ability to attract, hire, and retain the best talent possible. Our job is to assist you to find the best candidates from which you can make a wise hiring decision. We do not settle for less and neither should you.

The stakes are high when it comes to your leadership and management team. Our focus is to bring a diverse group of qualified candidates to you, for your consideration.

R. J. Treece & Associates will assist you in overcoming hiring challenges, cut through search process overhead and deliver qualified candidates that will positively impact your organization in a productive manner.

While our search processes may be similar, no two clients are the same, and no two searches the same. The challenge is to identify, recruit, and hire the best possible talent available within the operational framework of your budget.

Our process is simple, yet effective:
  • Identify, source, and target potential candidates
  • Recruit and screen those candidates whose skills best fit the client’s need
  • Facilitate in arranging the phone interview and provide candid initial feedback
  • Facilitate the on-site interview and the follow-up responses and reactions of candidates as to their interest in continuing to pursue the client’s opportunity
  • Conduct confidential reference checks and provide written comments
  • Assist in the hiring process, with guidance on compensation and relocation
  • Assist in making of the initial verbal offer and lead the hiring processes to a successful conclusion
  • Act as a trusted third party advocacy throughout the entire search cycle

Our philosophy is based on the belief that our job is to not only identify top quality mortgage banking talent, but, to also thoroughly screen them prior to submission to our clients. Our approach is very hands-on, utilizing extensive experience, and allows us to focus on the quality of the candidates versus the number of candidates submitted, the age old quality versus quantity issue.
